I had the pleasure of ordering an 2023 Icon I40 golf cart from Affordable golf carts. As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted with a warm friendly hello by Melissa. Melissa was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She wasn't in a rush. She gave me her opinion on the type of golf cart to look at as well as certain accessories to put on the golf cart - no high pressure, just good ideas and good input! I had some technical questions to ask and I was then introduced to Travis. Travis answered every question and explained in detail the operation of the golf cart. I wanted some customization done on the cart - Travis assured me that everything that I wanted could be done at their shop - so I decided to order my golf cart. A couple of weeks later, Melissa called me and told me that my golf cart was ready and I can come in to look at it before it was delivered. Melissa and Travis looked over the cart with me - Travis made a few minor adjustments and then we set up a delivery date. My experience with Affordable Golf Cart was nothing but exceptional! Purchased a used EZ-GO golf cart last year. A Veterans discount was applied to the sale, thank you. A battery draining condition recently popped up. Affordable, picked up my cart, (no charge for that and returning the cart), great policy. Diagnostics showed a short in the headlight assembly.

Problem solved. I was a few days out of my one year warranty and when I tried to pay, the service advisor kindly said, "NO CHARGE". Now that's real customer service and retention. You guys have a customer for life. Thank you!

I purchased a used golf car from Affordable golf cars in Venice florida. It came with a six month mechanical warranty. I had a problem with the headlights and they sent a repair man to my home and he replaced the headlight switch. Works perfect now. Later I could detect a noise in the drive train that didnt seem right. They came and picked up the golf car and replaced an input shaft. The noise is gone and the cart runs great. Everything was covered under the warranty. I appreciated that they stood by the warranty, no questions, no hassles. This is a quality company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Great place to rent a cart. We rented 6 golf carts for a week to transport our homeowners to and from parking as we had to repave the streets and no cars could park on them. The folks at Affordable Golf Carts rented us 6 gas powered carts that worked flawlessly. Everything went great from ordering, delivery, pick up and quality of carts. We purchased a new golf cart from Affordable Golf Cars of Venice a month ago and couldn't be happier with our end-to-end experience! This was our first stop when we started looking, and when asked if we needed help or had any questions, we advised we were just looking...They let us just look! We left that day, believing we had seen what we needed to see, and continued our search/research. We scoured the internet, visited numerous other golf cart stores and spoke with a number of different Sales people, all in an attempt to gather as much information as possible. We decided to go back to Affordable Golf Cars of Venice before purchasing a used cart from another dealer, and boy are we glad we did!!! We went in thinking we knew a lot about golf carts, and specifically what we wanted, until we spoke with Melanie! We let her know we had a used cart picked out at another dealer, but wanted to look one last time at their selection. She asked about the cart, and based on her line of questioning, we realized there was still a lot we didn't know...Melanie asked us what our price point was, how we were planning to use the cart, and for a list of our wants/needs. She then proceeded to show us various carts, sharing pros and cons of each based on how we were planning to use the cart and options for modifying. Melanie never pressured us, and ultimately we purchased a cart that was perfect for us!!! She helped us with the tiniest details, brought us over to speak with an incredibly awesome service technician about current and future upgrade options (I wish I could remember his name!!!), and arranged for free delivery within days!!! We have had a golf cart that we bought here for 4 years. The service department is managed by Jason (owner), this guy is excellent. He does the right thing and his prices are very reasonable. I just had knee surgery and needed a golf cart so I called Affordable Golf Cars of Venice. After talking to Rob and telling him what I was looking for in a Used cart he called me back the next day and told me he had one in and it was exactly what I was wanting. After they detailed it and did put their magic touches to it they delivered it and I can't tell you how blown away I was when my wife and I saw it. They not only met our expectations, they far exceeded them. And it came with a 6 month cart warranty and 18 month battery warranty if you can believe that.
